Ducking About: First exciting signs of life

I don’t think I’ve ever candled eggs before but armed with a youtube video showing me what they should be like I shine a bright LED into the bottom of the first egg and it glows. It glows yellow. The air sac is obvious but nothing else. This is not a promising start. I feel like a failure but try the next egg. This one is larger and the shell is darker and the whole thing is hideously difficult to see into. I have no real idea what I am looking at. The third egg rests gently on the light. A sort of spidery pattern appears. Life! I feel so relieved I nearly cry. One more egg also shows clear signs of incubation but the other larger eggs are really difficult to see in to.
